OneIQ — Document Intelligence Hub
How OneIQ works

Intelligence that flows
from work to hub.

OneIQ does not ask you to keep it updated. You work. Claude reads. The hub reflects reality. Here is exactly how.

1

Work normally.

Use Claude for strategy, documents, decisions, and planning — the way you already do. OneIQ does not change how you work. It listens.
2

Claude identifies what changed.

At the end of each session, ask Claude to push updates. It identifies every document that was affected, generates the specific changes, formats them for OneIQ, and tells you exactly who needs to be notified.

Claude output example:
"Documents to update: Implementation Plan (Sprint 3 status → Complete), Compliance Register (WAF item → Done — 18% complete).
Roles to notify: Michael, Peter.
Lovable prompt: [ready to paste]."
3

Every role sees exactly what changed.

Michael logs in and sees his Implementation Plan updated. Peter sees the Architecture note. Your founder dashboard shows 18% compliance instead of 14%. Your seed investor's Operational Metrics tab reflects the change. No one saw what anyone else saw.

Every role connects to the hub. No role connects to another role.

One hub. No cross-contamination.

When Michael updates the Implementation Plan, it updates in Michael's view and cascades to Hakeem's founder dashboard. It does not appear in Sarah's view unless Sarah has access. It never appears in the investor view at all. The hub knows the difference.

  • No role ever sees founder documents.
  • No team member ever sees investor content.
  • Background cascade is invisible to the person who triggered it.

Every login. Every time.

Confidentiality acknowledged before anything is seen.

Every team member reads and acknowledges the NDA before accessing OneIQ — on first login and every subsequent login. Timestamped. Recorded. The equivalent of a signed reminder, every single time.

Investor roles require a separately signed NDA before receiving their access code.
